Mind you I was not even the individual that purchased the deal. All documents of the purchases were provided to the merchant and before the merchant reviewed the documents the merchant fraudulently charged my credit card twice.
On to the next day the company called and stated the Groupon vouchers were fraudulent and accused us of fraud. We immediately went and purchased another deal. After the very disorganized day we decided we could overlook the flaws because the treatments were very good. The robes that were provided were torn and very old. We never went back for our service until over an hour after our appointment were scheduled to start. When calling to schedule we find out that they sold too many and couldn’t get us in until April. We purchased Groupon vouchers in December. First let me start by saying aside from the horrible experience the massage and facials were good as well as the lunch.
